Your luggage will be there on-time, or we’ll make it right!
At The Luggage Club, we know traveling can be stressful. We make a promise to you that every bag you ship with us will be delivered on time. In the rare case that a bag is delivered late, we’ll refund all of the money that you’ve paid us to ship that bag. Additionally, we’ll provide you up to $500 of reimbursement for any expenses due to the delayed delivery. Again, this guarantee is per bag, so if you have two bags delivered late, we’ll reimburse you up to $1,000. We stand behind our service to make sure that you can travel with peace of mind knowing that your luggage will be waiting for you, not the other way around.
The Luggage Club’s guarantee excludes delays caused by factors beyond our control including but not limited to customs delays, local or national weather conditions, natural disasters, mechanical failures, or shipments containing prohibited items.
